A few things to know
What happens after my free conversation?
Your first successful reflection completes the trial. Choose a plan to start another conversation. A failed analysis or a recording with too little speech does not use up the trial.
How does the recording allowance work?
Only the captured audio counts; pauses do not. Each successful conversation uses its recorded duration once. Technical retries, transcript corrections, dismissed interpretations, and replaying saved reports do not use more recording time. Six hours refill each billing month, measured from your subscription date, on both plans.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel future renewal anytime from Manage subscription. Your paid access lasts until the end of the paid period. Your first annual purchase has a 30-day refund window: request the refund from your billing page and paid access ends. Monthly payments and later annual renewals are not covered by that offer.
What happens to my saved conversations?
Canceling or a payment problem does not delete them. You can still read and replay them while they are retained. Your chosen retention setting still applies: 30 days, or until you delete them if you select that option.
Prices are in USD. Plans renew automatically until canceled. Payments are processed through Fulfil using Stripe. Parlue offers communication reflections, not therapy or a diagnosis.
